With great output quality and fairly quick speeds, the Xerox WorkCentre 5955 is an impressive multifunction laser printer, but its high price tag may be too much for some offices to handle. It can print up to 55 pages per minute, and can also copy, scan, and email documents. Along with the purchase price, it also suffers from expensive WorkCentre 5955 printer toner supplies.

The 5955 has a fairly bulky design, but for good reason. It can handle quick duplex scanning in a single pass, and up to 200 images per minute when scanning. The Single Touch Scan feature is also a quick way to share a document without digging into menus. Documents can then be shared via email to save on paper and Xerox 5955 toner supplies.

The unit has a maximum paper capacity of 4,700 sheets, which means it can function quite well in even the busiest of offices.
