Replacement toners are available online, as are replacement drums that will last for 15,000 prints before expiring. The replacement Xerox F12 toner will last just as long as the original.

There is a built-in duplex printer so users can print on both sides of a page if so desired. If this is common practice in an office, the duplex feature could cut paper costs in half. The optional networking will allow multiple users to share this printer simultaneously. The standard paper capacity is 650 sheets but it can be upgraded with additional trays to 1,200 sheets. Various media types can be printed on using the FaxCentre F12 toner.

The Xerox F12 toner helps this device produce a maximum resolution of 1200x1200 dpi. This is professional level quality that will deliver crisp and clear documents. The fax machine has a 500-page memory and a 3 second transmission rate. There are 50 one-touch options and 200 speed dials, making this laser fax machine is a good addition to the office.
