With a monthly duty cycle of up to 75,000 prints and the option for networking, the Xerox WorkCentre 7525 is designed to benefit users in the workplace. The machine includes a variety of built-in features like print, scan, copy and fax functions that make it an all-in-one laser printer. As a result, however, the 7525 is bulky with a weight of over 300 pounds, meaning it won't be able to sit on any desktop and should have its own designated space.

One feature in particular that set this printer to support those in an office is its printer toner system. The device prints with four individual cyan, magenta, yellow and black Xerox 7525 toner cartridges that will be easy to replace. Each color WorkCentre 7525 toner cartridge is able to yield a maximum of 15,000 prints. The black Xerox 7525 toner has a large capacity of up to 26,000 pages. Due to large yielding toners, the 7525 can support those producing large print volumes with a low cost per page.

In addition to its large monthly duty cycle and long-lasting Xerox 7525 toner, the unit also produces quick print rates of up to 25 pages per minute for color and black-and-white projects that will allow it to keep up in an office. Fast first page out times of up to 13 seconds for a color document and 11 seconds for black-and-white will allow users to get started printing with little wait.
