The Xerox WorkCentre 7225 is a jack of all trades, as this multifunction color laser printer can copy, print, fax, scan, and email documents efficiently. Its 2400x600 dpi image quality produces great results, but its speed of 25 pages per minute is a little slow for such as high price, and running costs are high, as Xerox 7225 printer toner is expensive to replace.

The machine connects directly to a wired network with its included ethernet port, and utilizes the web and email to great effect. The 7225 also leaves room to grow. It starts with two 520-sheet trays and a 50-sheet bypass tray, but can be expanded for even more input capacity. There are also a number of finishing options available for stapling, stacking, and more.

Replacing toners is simple, but expensive. The three color WorkCentre 7225 toner cartridges come with yields of up to 15,000 pages, while the single black Xerox 7225 toner cartridge can reach up to 22,000 pages before expiring. Prices for the Xerox 7225 toner start to add up quickly, however, and the cost per page is a bit high.

There are so many impressive aspects of the WorkCentre 7225. Despite its slow speeds, its cloud support and emailing could revolutionize the digital workflow of an office, but it will be tough to get past its high operating costs.
