Able to print, scan and copy up to 20,000 pages a month, it should be able to handle the needs of most big businesses. The black Xerox 240 toner lasts about 30,000 pages, while the color toners last 34,000 pages each. With page yields like that, buyers most likely won't need to replace the Xerox 240 toner cartridges too often—even if the machine is operated to its highest capacity.

When printing or copying, resolutions of up to 2400x2400 dpi can be produced. With resolutions like that, it won't matter what is being printed, it will look sharp and professional. The copier even has the ability to reduce and enlarge documents from 25% to 400% of their original size. It can produce about 9,999 copies from each original document and offers full duplex options. The scanner has the ability to scan up to 80 pages per minute.
