Q. When will my order ship?

If your order is placed before 3:30 PM EST, the order will ship on the same day unless we experience problems processing your order (for example, your credit card is declined).

If ordered after the 3:30 PM EST cutoff time, orders will ship out the next non-holiday business day. For example, if your order is placed at 4:00 PM EST on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday unless Monday is a holiday.

If you place your order the day before a holiday, it will ship the next non-holiday business day. Ink Technologies holiday schedule: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Refer to the estimated delivery times above and keep in mind that 90% of our orders ship from our Dayton, Ohio warehouse.

Please be careful not to rely on an order shipping from Ohio to estimate the delivery date of Ground packages, because some of our products do not ship from Ohio.

Q. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, as soon as we ship the order, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used to set up your account.

Q. Do you ship to U.S. military bases?

Absolutely. We are proud to ship to our service men and women wherever duty takes them, as long as the location has a valid APO, DPO or FPO designation.

Q. How do you ship to U.S. Territories?

We currently use both a Domestic method and International shipping methods to ship to U.S. territories, including America Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

Q. Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries around the world. It is important to know that our shipping fees DO NOT include customs and duty fees and taxes. The customer is responsible for these fees and if they choose not to pay them, they will be responsible for return shipping costs.
