Sharp AR-M275 Printer Review
The Sharp AR-M275 is a solid multifunction copier with a decent set of features, but its speed of 27 pages per minute won't exactly impress most buyers. A lot of its value comes in affordable Sharp AR-M275 printer toner prices, which will keep costs down. It also has more than its fair share of customization options for buyers to choose the right configuration for their needs.
The AR-M275 comes standard with two 500-sheet drawers for input, and a 100-sheet bypass tray for alternate media that eliminates the need to empty a main drawer. Buyers can add one or two more 500-sheet trays for a maximum of 2,100 sheets if they need it. A 100-sheet reversing automatic document feeder is yet another solid upgrade, as it can handle duplex originals in a single pass.
Printing is included, but the unit lacks network support without an upgrade. Network scanning can be added as well, and might be the most useful feature in today's world of digital document sharing. Sending documents via email or sharing them with a URL link is easy, and can be done from the control panel. This also has the benefit of reducing the usage of paper and Sharp AR-M275 toner, lowering operating costs.
Users only get one choice of capacity for replacement toners, but the Sharp AR-M275 toner cartridges provide up to 25,000 pages of output, and are quite affordably-priced. Using compatible Sharp AR-M275 toner cartridges instead of their OEM equivalents can save users even more.
In its standard configuration, the Sharp AR-M275 is just a standalone copier with limited printing capabilities. As a canvas for customization, however, it can be tailored to a lot of different needs. Its low running costs also tend to make up for its slower speeds, making it a good choice for an office on a tight budget.
