The Sharp AR-152 is both a laser copier and fax machine in a compact frame that is just as suited to home users as it is to the small office environment. With speeds of 15 copies per minute, and a first page out time of 9.6 seconds, its performance is quite good for the price, and users will save on Sharp AR-152 printer toner compared to similar inkjet models.

The AR-152 measures 18.3x20.4x19 inches, which is an easy fit for desktop use, but it is a bit on the heavy side, at 57.3 pounds (including the Sharp AR-152 toner cartridge). It has a scanning resolution of just 400 dpi, but an output resolution of 600 dpi, which could result in somewhat fuzzy images.
