This is first time I used InkTechnologies and I must say they scored BIG. I have a 30-year old Samsung Laser Printer that I was ready to throw away because I hadn't used in in probably 15 years. Before I did I thought I would check on price of toner and scored with this vendor. I was surprised I could even find the toner and the toner was surprisingly cheap, cheap, cheap compared to other vendors and they had an incredible warranty/return policy. I ordered Tues. night and the toner arrived on Fri. I installed the new cartridge and bingo; it worked! The printer product was a level only a laser printer can produce. Thank you inktechnologies. You have an extremely happy customer.

This is a perfect replacement toner cartridge for my Samsung ML-2010. I don't print every day, and I have no idea how many pages I've printed with this toner cartridge, but it's been in my printer for over 2 years and it still works great.

OEM (brand name) cartridges are provided by the manufacturer of the printer, such as HP, Dell or Brother. Pricing for brand name cartridges is frequently much higher than for non-brand cartridges, typically ranging from 2–5 times higher.

Compatible cartridges are made from brand new components, provided by a non-OEM manufacturer.

Remanufactured cartridges are refurbished OEM cartridges that have been inspected, repaired, cleaned and refilled.

Warranty for Compatible/Remanufactured Products

Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink Technologies will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.

Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
