When searching for printer cartridge refills, this site offered the least expensive option. I noticed that most reviewers had been pleased with their items and the company's service, so I decided to take a chance and order from the site. I received the two cartridges in a timely manner and there has only been one slight problem. The first worked perfectly and lasted forever. The second worked perfectly at first, but has faded in one spot so that printed pages are lighter in some spots than others (my printer is black ink only). Since I'm currently not using the printer for anything but personal research and copies, this hasn't been a huge problem for me, but it's why I deducted a star from the value rating. I recently ordered two more cartridges as back up for when this one runs out or is no longer legible. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to anyone. However, if I have the same issue with either of the next cartridges I would amend that recommendation not to include anyone who needs their printer for reports or resumes where a perfect print job is imperative.

These replacement cartridges provide similar quality prints as originals, but at about half the price. Have gone through two sets of cartridges on both my color and black-only Samsung laser printers without any flaws. Highly recommend to anyone still using OEM replacements.
