Designed to be a personal color printer with the ability to produce high-quality photos and graphics as well as crisp and clear text documents, it is a perfect fit for a home. The e3300 is compact enough to fit on a small table or desk and light enough to be installed and moved by a single person.

Windows, Mac and all other operating systems will be compatible with this device and connection is available through a USB port or an ethernet connection, which can be used for networking. The e3300 is Energy Star qualified, meaning it has passed environmental testing. Automatic duplex printing is available, which is dual-sided printing and makes this machine even better for the environment by cutting the amount of paper being used.

The pigment-based printer ink is held in four Ricoh GX e3300 ink cartridges and is yellow, black, cyan and magenta. The cost per page will be lower than most inkjet printers because the Aficio GX e3300 ink cartridges can yield as many as 1,900 printed pages. When printing only black-and-white or in full color, up to 29 pages per minute can be produced with a maximum resolution of 1200x1200 dpi created by the Ricoh GXe3300 ink.

The built-in memory is 16 GB and the processor is 192 MHz. There is an input tray that holds 250 sheets, a bypass tray that holds 100 sheets of specialty paper and an output tray that can hold up to 150 documents. There is 2-line LCD on the top panel that shows setting options, print job status and Aficio GX e3300 ink level tracking.
