Q. What is Ink Technologies Rewards Program?
A. Our loyalty program allows you to earn points for purchasing online, reviewing and enrollment into the program. The points can be redeemed for gift cards.
topQ. Who is eligible to join?
A. All customers may enroll in the loyalty program, with the exception of customers who are designated as a "Dealer".
Q. What does it cost?
A. Enrollment is free.
Q. How do I enroll?
A. To enroll, visit our Rewards Page and click on the "Enroll Now" button. You will also have an opportunity to enroll after completing a purchase.
Q. How do I earn points?
A. You can earn reward points in different ways. Each time you place an online order you accumulate points. You get 1 point for each dollar spent on our website (only online purchases apply). You also earn points for being social. There are many ways to earn, check them out:

Q. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
A. Taking into consideration that some tasks can only be done once, you can earn points constantly. However, there are certain limitations on the number of points per month.

Q. Do my points expire?
A. After nine months of inactivity, your points will expire. Any Rewards Program-related event that you engage in, whether it's making a purchase or writing a product review, will ensure that your points do not expire.
Q. What can I redeem my points for?
A. You can redeem points for a variety of program rewards from exclusive products to discounts and gift cards. Visit the "Rewards" tab of the member application for a current list of program rewards.

Q. How can I view my points balance?
A. To view your balance and program activity, login to the member application found here. Click on the "Activity" tab. Here you will find a detailed list of all program activity and the points you have accrued for each action.
Q. How do I redeem points?
A. To redeem your points for rewards, login to the member application found here. Click on the "Rewards" tab. Here you will find a list of all program rewards. There will be a "Redeem" button below any reward that you have enough currency to claim. Click on "Redeem" and follow the detailed instructions.
Q. How am I able to use my gift card?
A. You redeem your points for gift card codes; those cards are displayed to you on the Gift Card Redeem page and sent to you via email. You can apply the code on the shopping cart page, before checkout, allowing you to save money on your order.
Q. Can I apply multiple gift cards to one order?
A. Each order is limited to one gift card. If you have more than one card you can save them for your next order.
