With the resolution set to 600x600 dpi, as many as 11,500 addresses can be printed in an hour, but reducing the resolution to 600x200 dpi will increase the hourly capacity to 13,000 addresses for those who prefer more speed with a slight reduction in quality.

Parallel and serial connections are the only two available for this device, but compatibility to multiple operating systems is a bit more versatile. The speed is a result of a strong 233 MHz processing engine and 64 MB of memory that can be upgraded if needed, but the quality and clarity comes from the inkjet technology and high-grade Pitney Bowes DA700 ink.

Using either black or color AddressRight DA700 printer ink, the text is crystal clear and is less likely to smudge when using the optional high-power dryer, which blasts the printed documents before they are stacked. The input tray can feed about 450 envelopes or 1,000 postcards, just remember to adjust the thickness via the knob on the side of the DA700 when you print on different materials.
