The Okidata MC160 is a color laser printer with a maximum monthly duty cycle of 35,000 pages that will support large printing volumes with ease. With built-in multifunction capabilities, the MC160 can handle a variety of tasks with one device. The print and copy functions can produce monochrome documents at quick rates of up to 20 pages per minute. The device also uses color Okidata MC160 toner that allows it to produce full-color documents. Color documents print at a speed of about 5 pages per minute. A sharp maximum resolution of 1200x600 dpi can be reached using Oki MC160 toner.

Additional functions include a scanner and fax machine. The scanner has a flatbed design and comes with direct scan features like scan-to-PC and scan-to-email. The scan function also comes with a 35-sheet automatic document feeder that can hold both letter and legal size paper. The fax machine has dual-access functionality, which means that it completes multiple tasks automatically in sequential order, but not simultaneously.
