Not only is the C330 made for business-use, but it is designed with expandability so it can grow as demand increases. For instance, the paper capacity is 350 sheets, but an addition tray can be added to increase it to 880 sheets. Also, the built-in memory is 128 MB but that can be upgraded to 640 MB as needed.

The four Okidata C330 toner cartridges hold cyan, magenta, yellow and black printer toner. The color toners have a maximum capacity of 3,000 prints while the black can yield up to 3,500 pages. For users who do not having high printing demands, the impressive yields of Oki C330 toner cartridges will provide a very reasonable cost per page, which will keep maintenance within any budget. The output rate is 23 pages per minute in color and 25 pages per minute in black. This speed is impressive but does not take away from quality, as the Okidata C330 toner can help to produce a maximum resolution of 1200x600 dpi.

The monthly duty cycle is 45,000 pages, but the manufacturer advises not to print quite that many pages each month if users want the C330 to last for many years. Replacement Oki C330 toner is easy to find online, but can cost over $100 per consumable. This will start to add up. Hopefully the future will hold compatible or remanufactured Okidata C330 toner options. The ethernet connection allows networking and the automatic duplex unit will save money on paper costs. Overall, the C330 is affordable as well as reliable.
