The Okidata OkiPage 20 is a monochrome laser printer that provides a number of features that can enhance print jobs and cut printing costs. The 20's quick print rate of up to 20 pages per minute will also allow it to cut printing time.
The device can produce black-and-white documents with a sharp maximum resolution of 600x600 dpi using Okidata 20 toner. The 20 can print projects with quality resolutions on a few different media types including envelopes, transparencies, labels and plain paper. The machine can handle media with a maximum size of 8.5x14 inches. Other supported paper sizes include A4, A6, A4, B5 and executive. The unit provides media handling options like a 530-sheet manual load tray and a 100-page automatic load tray.
The manufacturer provides a starter OkiPage 20 toner cartridge so users can begin printing as soon as the printer finishes installation. The included Okidata 20 toner cartridge can yield as many as 5,000 pages before users need to find a replacement. Replacement toners can be found at a number of third party vendor sites. Replacement Okidata 20 toner has a capacity of up to 6,000 pages. Due to a single-color printer toner system, users will only have to replace one OkiPage 20 toner at a time.

If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.
Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
