Have always found replacement cartridges for my printer to be overpriced. Took a "chance" with Ink Technologies and am very pleased. Great price, fast shipping, and packaged better than the OEM cartridge. Will be back to reorder. Suggest you give them a try.

This cartridge runs beautifully in my Samsung printer. It was very cost effective versus buying an original cartridge from Samsung. I would recommend this cartridge to people looking for good inexpensive alternatives to purchasing from their printer's manufacturer.

The previous toner cartridge finally died. It was very expensive. This one looks the same, and printed clearly from the start. I have yet to find out how long it will last! The price was about a third of the previous one, bought from an office supply chain.

I have the Samsung ML-1740.. its prob the most durable printer ever. But at 10 years old ink is now hard to find. Got order in 2 days and it works perfect! Great find for me.

My first observance was that the cartridge was well packaged. Upon installation the cartridge seems to perform fine. No toner dust is bleeding out which I found to be the case when I refilled my own cartridge. The evenness and detail of the print are very good. Great economical replacement in comparison to the factory cartridge.

Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink Technologies will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.

Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
