Released exclusively at Best Buy, the Lexmark Genesis S816 is a unique all-in-one inkjet printer a handful of features that make it one of the best options available. However, because of its exclusive retail at one major electronics store, most consumers will need to look for the S815 because it is almost an exact replica but can be purchased anywhere. The S816 has a built-in networking function as well as wireless capabilities. If wireless is unnecessary, USB and PictBridge connections are also available.

It weighs around 20 pounds and measures 16.5x15.2x9.8 inches, which is compact considering it holds a scanner, copier, fax machine and color printer. Any office would save an immense amount of space by investing in the S816. The office budget will appreciate the low cost of maintenance as well. Four Lexmark S816 ink cartridges are needed for use, and replacements can be found easily online. The black printer ink will last about 500 pages before running out, while the color Genesis S816 ink cartridges have a maximum capacity of 600 pages.

Replacement Lexmark S816 ink can be purchased online or directly from the manufacturer for an affordable price. However, for an even less expensive replacement option, remanufactured Genesis S816 ink is available from third party vendors. Though it is half the price as the OEM printer ink, it still promises to have the same yield and quality.
