There are a total of four bizhub C20 toner cartridges used during operation, each holding cyan, magenta, yellow or black printer toner. These Konica-Minolta C20 toner cartridges can each last up to 8,000 pages, minimizing cost per page. LED lights will give users a notice when bizhub C20 toner begins to run low and replacement toners are needed.

An automatic document feeder allows continuous scanning, and a built-in ethernet interface provides a shared networking environment. The 256 MB of memory can be increased to 768 MB, but this isn't the only upgradeable feature. The paper capacity can also be expanded from 350 sheets to 850 sheets.
