No problems with your site. The only issue I have with your goods is that the ink cartridge tape covers and ink dispensing part of your cartridges are both difficult to remove. Primarily the silver protector seal tape leaves the plastic part of the tape still attached to the cartridge and each time I must carefully take a pin and poke a little hole in the edge of the plastic skin left behind and carefully lift up and peel it off without ripping it. Other than this nuisance, your cartridges perform well.

Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
