When making copies with black HP PSC 1209 ink, 8 copies per minute can be produced. In color, only 6 copies per minute can be created. If printing with color HP PSC 1209 ink, a maximum resolution of 4800x1200 dpi can be obtained, while black can only reach 600x600 dpi. The scanner maxes out at 600 dpi, though it does feature a 36-bit internal color depth.

This unit has a built-in memory of 8 MB and can print on various types of paper, including envelopes, cards, labels and photo paper. Connected only by USB port and compatible with most major operating systems, the PSC 1209 is a good match for almost every environment and will rise to the occasion. It has a duty cycle of 1,000 pages per month, and if reached monthly, replacement HP PSC 1209 ink cartridges will be needed frequently.

Weighing less than 11 pounds and measuring approximately 7x17x10 inches, this inkjet printer can be moved and stored easily. Three different devices fit into one compact machine and this saves users time, space and money. And remanufactured printer ink is available for it for half the price as new. For these reasons, the HP PSC 1209 is a sure thing.
