The HP LaserJet Pro M475 is a multifunction color laser printer available in multiple models to provide for buyers' different needs. The speed of the machine is impressive, at up to 21 pages per minute, and printer toner is quite affordable, with HP M475 toner coming in well under competing prices.

In addition to fast and high-quality printing, the M475 can also fax, copy, and scan. The included software integrates well with the networking and wireless support, allowing users to access features from their computers without having to walk to the device. It is also just as easy to get scanned documents back to the computer, and they can even be sent to an internal or external email address directly. First page out times of around 17 seconds help to eliminate the waiting that is often involved in printing tasks.

Replacing the toners with new HP M475 toner cartridges is very simple, and LaserJet Pro M475 toner is quite affordable, keeping costs down. The 2,600-page yield of the LaserJet Pro M475 toner cartridges keeps the cost per page quite manageable. High-capacity black HP M475 toner is also available, and is more cost-effective.

In a review of the M475, PC Magazine gave it an editor's rating of 4 out of 5. They liked its print quality, particularly when it comes to graphics, and found its ePrinting features to be very impressive. They found printing speeds to be lower than rated, however.

With a lot of features in a fairly small package, the M475 will be a real productivity boost for a small office environment. It is easy to use, and has an intuitive control panel, as well as low operating costs that will save users money.
