The scanner includes Image Editor, and it even has the ability to turn scanned text into editable text. A standard resolution of 1200x2400 dpi and an enhanced resolution of 19200 dpi are also possible. With black or color printer ink, a resolution of 600x1200 dpi is possible when copying. The copier uses Digital Image Processing to create up to 99 copies from an original document. It also has a digital zoom function that can reduce or enlarge images from 25-400%.

The inkjet printer uses black, cyan, magenta and yellow OfficeJet Pro L7580 ink cartridges. Using just the black HP L7580 ink, about 35 pages per minute can be produced. When using the color printer ink, up to 34 pages per minute are possible. These speeds are impressive, as is the quality, and the OfficeJet Pro L7580 ink won't put buyers in debt, either.
