The HP Officejet Pro L7480 is an inkjet printer made with small businesses in mind. At 29.8 pounds, it weighs significantly less than similar models while still handling the tasks at hand. Worried it will take up too much room in the small office? This device makes a footprint of only 20.7x15.8x11.1 inches, which means it will fit comfortably in any small office. It also has a standard memory of 64 MB. It uses four OfficeJet Pro L7480 ink cartridges that are full of black, cyan, magenta and yellow printer ink. It can scan, copy and print.

The unit can produce up to 36 pages per minute using only the black HP L7480 ink cartridge, and it can print or copy up to 35 pages per minute using only the color printer ink. With the black or color OfficeJet Pro LL7480 ink, resolutions of 1200x1200 dpi are possible. The copier can create up to 99 copies from an original with the help of HP L7480 ink, and it can even reduce and enlarge documents from 25%-400%. The scanner has the ability to obtain optical resolutions of 2400 dpi and enhanced resolutions of 19200 dpi.

Standard paper sizes and types are compatible, such as index cards, banners, labels, transparencies, greeting cards, plain paper, photo paper and envelopes. It also uses a high speed USB connection, which is pretty standard for all in ones.

Users tend to be less than impressed by this inkjet unit. Not only is it loud and interruptive, but it has software issues. The wireless networking is hard to set up and sometimes doesn't even work. It also runs out of HP L7480 ink much quicker than most similar models, according to users. Though it may look good on paper, the HP OfficeJet Pro L7480 tends to stop there.
