Does the office need a tune up? Possibly a new all-in-one unit that can scan, print, fax and copy? If so, the HP OfficeJet J6413 could be a great product to check out. With monthly duty cycle of 5,000 pages, this thermal inkjet unit will fit best in a small business. Conveniently, it offers USB, ethernet and wireless connection options, as well as compatibility with Windows or Mac operating systems. It weighs 16.8 pounds, which for a unit with this many features is pretty light. The J6413 has a respectable size of 18.7x18.6x10.2 inches, which means it won't make too large of a footprint, either.

One of the most convenient features of this unit is that only two HP J6413 ink cartridges need to be kept up with—black and tricolor. There are, however, two OfficeJet J6413 ink cartridges that can be purchased for photo printing. For most businesses, this will not be a necessity, but for those wanting to print pictures, the tanks come in photo color and photo grey. The black HP J6413 ink tank can yield 200 pages; however, the photo color, photo gray and tricolor printer ink tanks only yield 130, 80 and 170 pages, respectively.

With such low yields, these OfficeJet J6413 ink tanks won't last very long at all. For users who print often, printer ink for this all in one will be very expensive; so many offices might want to look elsewhere. For people who may not use the inkjet unit often, though, this will be a great fit. Also, third party vendors do sell compatible versions of the HP J6413 ink that will yield the same amount of pages and exert the same great resolutions for a fraction of the price. If remanufactured tanks are used, this machine will be more than affordable.
