With its compact design, the F4100 is only a little larger than many single-function inkjet models. It measures 16x16.8x18 inches, and its weight of only 9.4 pounds makes it well-suited for college students and those who may need to move it frequently. It has printing, scanning, and copying functions, though it does lack faxing.

The top rated print speed is 20 pages per minute for black and 14 pages per minute for color, though higher quality settings will take longer.
