The design of the 120 aims for a low profile, at just 4.3 inches tall, with a footprint of 16.8x13.2 inches. It weighs a little over 17 pounds, even with the HP 120 ink installed, so it is easy to remove from the box and set up. The 4.3-inch touchscreen is not particularly large, but utilizes large icons and an intuitive menu system to make it easy to use.

The 120 comes with duplex printing built in, for easy two-sided documents that can save paper. With both USB and wireless support, it is easy to share among multiple users in the household.
