Sometimes it's a real struggle finding the right printer to meet specific needs. The HP Photosmart C4183, for instance, is a thermal inkjet unit perfect for home users. Able to produce up to 3,000 pages per month, it will more than meet the needs of home offices. No matter what kind of documents need to be printed, this unit has it covered. It can print on a plethora of media types like envelopes, transparencies, cards, labels, iron-on transfers, inkjet paper, photo paper and plain paper. It even has an input tray that can hold up to 100 sheets of plain paper, and its output tray can hold 100 too.

Though it doesn't print wirelessly, it does offer the option of connecting via USB port. Not only is it convenient in all those aspects, but the price tag on the HP C4183 ink is relatively affordable. Want something that's relatively mobile and easy to use? The C4183 only weighs 12 pounds, and with dimensions of 17.4x11.4x6.4 inches, it won't take up too much room.

The all in one primarily only uses two HP C4183 ink cartridges—tricolor and black. Tricolor ink tanks are filled with cyan, magenta and yellow printer ink and can yield 220 pages. The black tank yields 420 pages and can reach resolutions of 1200 dpi. With the help of the color Photosmart C4183 ink, resolutions up to 4800x1200 dpi can be reached.

These tanks of printer ink are sold separately and are a little pricier than the standard colors, but the result is well worth the extra few bucks.
