The largest document it can scan is 8.5x11 inches, and it has an amazing 48-bit color depth. The copier can reach resolutions as high as 600x1200 dpi for black and color HP C3150 ink. It can enlarge documents up to 400%, and it can even create up to 50 copies from an original document.

With purchase, two Photosmart C3150 ink cartridges come standard. One of these tanks contains black printer ink and the other is a tricolor that is filled with magenta, yellow and cyan. A photo HP C3150 ink cartridge is available for the highest quality photo prints possible. It is sold separately, but it will leave photos looking true to life, and never grainy or smudged.

The copier and printer both have the ability to produce 30 pages per minute with black ink and 24 pages per minute using color ink. Even though it lacks faxing functions, the other functions surely make up for that one missing feature.
