My HP inkjet printer’s ink became unsupported at HP. I saw an ad for Ink Technology to see if they had the ink and they did. I ordered by phone it was quick and easy and Customer Service personnel were polite and knowledgeable about their product. Ink arrived on time. There was a glitch with the Yellow ink cartridge where the computer couldn’t discern whether the ink level in the new cartridge. I called Ink Tech and the first suggested a hard reboot of the printer to rule out a memory issue and when that didnt work they quickly processed a new order. All in all a great company for customer service.

If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.

    Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
