The cartridges arrived quickly, packaged very well. I made the mistake of taking off the plastic protection and not the plastic strip over the ink jets and after printing a blank page, quickly found my mistake. After this, I printed out the alignment page and scanned it, however it said to scan again, which I did. After the second time it came back with an error message saying alignment was not possible. This was probably due to my not taking the plastic strips off in the first place. I printed a page out and found that the text did not come out evenly and I will see what happens when I print out a full document. I am a writer and usually print out over 400 pages at a time.

If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.
Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
