the product is fine but what was truly exceptional was the sales support from someone knowledgeable. one of our HP monochrome laser printers started printing poorly. The type wasn't crisp and black. So I grabbed an unopened box of toner from the supply closet, shoved it in, and ran a test print. The print was solid black. So I called to find our what was going on. After getting the model of the printer and checking our last order I could tell that the woman was dreading what she had to tell me next. That "new" cartridge had been sitting in out supply closet for over two years. She very kindly got my blood pressure down explaining that it's really imprudent to stock replacements since one generally has plenty of notice when a toner cartridge is nearing the end of its life. Can't say I was happy, but she made sense. But I ordered replacement anyway. The replacement cartridge arrived a day later and is working like a charm.

    Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink Technologies will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.

    Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
