So happy I was able to find Ink Technologies online! My ratings above are based on my current experience with the quality of my printing, etc. What an efficient and amazing experience I had for my first order. I saved a substantial amount of money on my first purchase and the cartridge was delivered very quickly. I am looking forward to seeing just how long the cartridge will last vs. my "BRANDED" one. I will update my review at that point.

Decent print cartridge for the money. Less expense than OEM, and printing looks good. Will buy again.

As this is my first order I cannot give much of a review. The web site was easy to navigate, and checkout was quick and easy. I have no knowledge (yet) of the product so will reserve comment on the quality of the item I ordered until I have received it and had the chance to review said item.

I encountered problems with my cartridge - my HP printer would not accept it. I called customer support and they were very friendly, professional and gave me some tips how to make it work and if it still doesn't work to call back. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem Nd i had to call back. Again very friendly, professional and knowledgeable service by your staff. They immediately issued a return, explained in detail how it works and sent out the same day the replacement. I am waiting for that I will remain a loyal customer because of your staff's professional and friendly service. A rarity these day. I myself worked over 30 year in sales and never received a complaint from any customer - so I know good service. I judge a company not only on their products, price delivery and ease of contact - but to me the character of a company shows if the customer encounters a problem. How your customer service handles this problem is for me the deciding point if I continue to remain their customer. Keep up the great work.

Inktech is the best place for ink for a variety of types of printers. I have 4 printers and the all use different ink and the company never fails me.
