I recently made the switch from a Canon inkjet printer to an HP laser printer. I print hundreds of labels 7 days a week for my business and the ink cartridge prices were killing me! I was spending over $300 a month on ink! That would cover my gas and both of the insurance payments on both of my cars every month. I used to buy the ink cartridges at an electronics store or sometimes an office supplies chain. I stumbled across inktechnologies.com one day through Google and found out how inexpensively they sell both ink and toner cartridges. So I figured as much printing as I do everyday, investing in a laser printer would pay for itself over time. I have been very pleased so far and haven't had any issues at all with my new printer or the toner cartridges. Another benefit with the laser printer is that I can use the labels immediately after printing them without having the label smear! Best money I have spent this year by far! I would recommend inktechnologies.com to everyone! Shipping was fast, prices are great, and I haven't had any experience yet with their customer service but that is because I have no complaints or concerns and no reason to call!

OEM (brand name) cartridges are provided by the manufacturer of the printer, such as HP, Dell or Brother. Pricing for brand name cartridges is frequently much higher than for non-brand cartridges, typically ranging from 2–5 times higher.

Compatible cartridges are made from brand new components, provided by a non-OEM manufacturer.

Remanufactured cartridges are refurbished OEM cartridges that have been inspected, repaired, cleaned and refilled.

Compatible and remanufactured cartridges both have color and page yield comparable to the brand name product at typically much lower cost, and are backed by our 6-month quality guarantee and 1 year defect warranty.

Warranty for Compatible/Remanufactured Products

Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink Technologies will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.

Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
