Epson R320 Printer Review

The Epson Stylus Photo R320 is a versatile, Bluetooth-enabled printer that creates lab-quality photos and graphic documents. Its relatively slow speeds work well for low volume users, producing only 15 pages per minute using black Epson R320 ink. The R320 includes a separate CD printing tray in addition to its 120-sheet plain paper input tray. This inkjet device's LCD display monitor allows users to create an index sheet that makes it easy to edit, crop and print photos without need of a PC. Its color control management includes Epson's standard and vivid printer ink technology so users can produce documents with outstanding and precise quality.

This unit can print a 8x10 inch photo in approximately 77 seconds with a high resolution of 5760x1440 dpi using color Stylus Photo R320 ink. It can produce a 4x6 inch photo in as fast as 39 seconds. The ability to print on media like premium luster paper, ColorLife paper and banner paper make this unit highly flexible. Using color Epson R320 ink, it can produce approximately 15 pages per minute.

Stylus Photo R320 ink cartridges use an advanced configuration system including 90 nozzles for its black tanks and 90 nozzles for its color tanks. Color tanks of printer ink come in individual containers of yellow, cyan, light cyan, magenta and light magenta. This printer has a separate Epson R320 ink cartridge system that makes it easy for users to save money and replace only expired containers.

The R320 supports xD-Picture cards, Mini Secure Digital, MultiMediaCards and IBM Microdrive digital camera memory cards. This inkjet unit's 11.4x19.6 inch size allows it to fit easily in most workspaces. It is compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems.
