As far as small sized office equipment that is affordable, reliable and will not take up too much space, the Epson WorkForce 633 is one of the best. It can print, scan, copy and fax with quality and efficiency. The connection options are wireless, USB 2.0 and ethernet, which allow the 633 to be shared amongst multiple users in the work space. Duplex printing is also available with this machine, unlike the previous model in this line, the 630. This feature allows automatic dual-sided printing.

When making copies, users have the ability resize image down to 25% or up to 400% of the size of the original document. It has fit-to-page abilities and can produce up to 99 copies at a time. The scanner is a flatbed surface, so thicker media can be printed. A 48-bit color depth allows scans to be sent to PDF, email or memory card with an interpolated resolution of 5760x1440 dpi. A transmission speed of 33.6 Kbps allows users to send or receive faxes in just 3 seconds. There is also a 180-page fax memory and 60 speed dial options.

The Epson 633 ink is designed to last long and can create a maximum resolution of 5760x1440 dpi. There are four colors of printer ink used- cyan, magenta, yellow and black. When the starter WorkForce 633 ink that is provided by the manufacturer runs out, replacements will be needed and there are a couple different options. High-capacity black Epson 633 ink cartridges can produce up to 740 prints while the extra high-capacity black has a maximum yield of 945 pages. The extra-high capacity color WorkForce ink cartridges can last 755 prints while the high-capacity only yields 480 pages. The overall cost per page will be kept low with the high yields and affordability of the Epson 633 ink.
