The Epson WorkForce 320 is an all-in-one inkjet printer designed for the home or small office user who needs more functionality than a basic printer provides. It supports printing, scanning, copying, and faxing with some advanced features that make each task easier to accomplish. Print speed is a bit slow, at 4.3 pages per minute for black and 2.2 pages per minute for color, but the low cost of Epson 320 ink helps to defray replacement printer ink costs.

Users who do a lot of copying and scanning will appreciate the inclusion of an automatic document feeder, which can hold up to 30 pages at a time for quick scanning, copying, or faxing of multi-page documents. This can be a real time-saver for users. Faxing speeds are also fast, at 33.6 Kbps, and the machine supports PC Faxing, which requires no phone line but sends faxes through an internet connection instead. The unit is connected to a single computer via USB 2.0, but does not include an ethernet port for sharing it across a network.

Stylus 320 ink cartridges are divided into 4 individual colors to help eliminate wasted printer ink. With this design, users only need to replace Epson 320 ink that has run dry. The standard Epson 320 ink cartridges have a capacity of 230 pages, though the starter cartridges that ship with the unit have a smaller capacity.

In their review of the Epson 320, Cnet gave it a 3.5 out of 5 star rating. They liked the low price of the model and its high-quality output. They also liked the ability to print directly onto CDs and DVDs. They found its print speeds to be slow, however, and its LCD screen too small.
