For the typical home user, the Dell P703w all-in-one wireless photo printer has everything you need in a sleek, compact design. It can print up to 31 pages per minute black and 26 pages per minute color and you can easily scan or copy your family photos with the touch of a button. Dell P703w ink cartridges are affordable, easy to replace, and can produce high quality prints.

This printer measures 20.3"wide x 14.5"deep x 8.7" high and weighs 22 pounds, yet its compact design makes it easy to fit just about anywhere. It has a print and scanning resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi and the copier can enlarge photos up to 500%. The printer is very easy to setup out of the box and the Dell P703w inkjet cartridges are quick and simple to replace. The black cartridge can print up to 340 pages and the color cartridge up to 375 pages. There is also an optional Dell P703w ink cartridge for six-color photo printing. The printer works best when printing on coated or photo paper and can also be used to print on transparencies, banners, cards, or iron-on transfers.

There is a 3-inch flip-up LCD color panel that is incredibly user-friendly and will help direct you when troubleshooting or editing photos. The Dell P703w is compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista and connects using a hi-speed USB. There are two slots on the printer that support CompactFlash, MultiMediaCard, SD/MS/xD, and a PictBridge port.

The downside of this printer is that it is fairly slow for its size and it doesn't do well with plain paper printing. While the text quality is good for document printing, graphics come out fuzzy and of lower quality. You would be wise to invest in good photo paper and use the optional Dell P703w inkjet cartridge for photos if you want improved quality and performance.
