The Canon S630 is a solid inkjet photo printer, designed for small businesses and home offices. There is a USB interface used with newer computers and a parallel port for older PCs. Much like the S500, the trays on the S630 are poorly manufactured and tend to fall off or break too easily. This unit is compatible with Windows and Mac and has capabilities to print on different shapes and sizes of paper, such as letter, legal, A4, envelopes and banners.

Canon Think Tank System is basically the separation of colors of printer ink into their own tanks. The four colors of Canon S630 ink are cyan, yellow, magenta and black, and all can be replaced separately. It comes with tools for head cleaning and head alignment, however most big businesses are still more likely to lean towards a LaserJet. The Canon S630 has everything an inkjet printer should have. In a similar model, the S630network is the identical twin with just a little more to offer, meaning, of course, the networking option. Networking is when multiple computers can print to one specific unit, from anywhere. The S630 produces quality prints and a quality price. It is a good buy.
