I've purchased the 245XL ink cartridge a number of times. It has great print quality, even in "Draft" mode, and lasts quite a while, even between infrequent printings. Canon ink cartridges are expensive and do not last long at all. The cartridges from Ink Technologies fit well, print nicely and are much less expensive, i have bought off brands from Amazon prior and it cost me a ink jet printer when the cart leaked every where.
