With small businesses and home-based office users in mind, Canon designed the Pixma MP750 ink multipurpose printer to print, copy and scan efficiently. It will also print excellent quality photo prints including 4" x 6" borderless prints. At 25 pages per minute and 17 pages per minute for color, it has enough output to satisfy most small office needs. As a copier, it will save a trip to the office supply store for copies in a pinch. Like most Canon products, the up-front costs are lower and features are included that usually come at a higher price.

Those who opt for a Canon Pixma MP750 inkjet multipurpose printer will be pleased with its convenient 18.5"x19.1"x12.0" size with a weight of only 30 pounds. Nice resolution of up to 4800 x 1200 dpi makes color realistic. It scans at a resolution of 2400 dpi with a 48-bit color depth to enhance photo results. Using Canon's 5-color dye-based ink cartridges better detail is possible with more contrast. The copier function also has a 35-page feeder that automatically sorts the copied documents. The Canon Pixma inkjet cartridges have decent 420 (black) and up to 280 (color) page yields and cost at or below competitor's prices.

A fast USB plug in interface is used to handle data transmission. Windows 98 and up as well as Mac 10.1 and up platforms are supported making it easy for most users. Software includes setup and enhancement programs that render near laser quality text and superb photo quality with almost all 8.5" media types.

Sites such as Smallportableprinter.com and Soft32.com all seem to give good reviews of the Canon Pixma MP750. They commented on Canon's reputation for making top of the line photo printers and lamented that this model lacked a fax function.

Overall, the under $150 price tag and high volume of feature make this a great choice.
