The Canon imageCLASS MF9220Cdn is a color laser multifunction unit with the ability to produce up to 22 pages per minute when copying or printing. Using its four Canon MF9220Cdn toner cartridges, it can produce resolutions as high as 2400x600 dpi. These four toners are cyan, magenta, yellow and black, and each printer toner can last about 6,000 pages before needing replaced. The unit can copy, scan, print and fax and does each with precision and accuracy.

The copier uses the imageCLASS MF9220Cdn toner to produce resolutions as high as 600x600 dpi, and up to 99 copies can be made from an original document with halftones of up to 256 levels. The first copy can be produced in less than 12.5 seconds, and reduction and enlargement are featured from 25% to 200%. An automatic document feeder is included upon purchase, as well as a Canon MF9220Cdn toner save mode that help you reduce resources when copying.

Scanning features include rotate image and mirror image functions, and resolutions of 600x600 dpi are possible. The fax unit has a modem speed of 33.6 Kbps and can save up to 1,000 sheets in its memory. Resolutions of 406x391 are standard for received printed faxes using Canon MF9220Cdn toner. Up to 200 one-touch speed dials can be added, and group dialing is offered for up to 199 destinations. There is also a handy fax to telephone switch included. Fax-to-email features area also standard on this unit, which provides added convenience.

The laser machine's only connection options are via USB and ethernet ports, allowing networking, and Windows and Mac operating systems are supported too. With the imageCLASS MF9220Cdn toner cartridges in place, the unit should weigh 96 pounds, which is quite heavy for most offices. Its footprint shouldn't take up too much room, though, at 21.5x24.9x20.8 inches.
