The Canon imageCLASS MF4450 is a monochrome laser printer that has multiple functions and features that will appease almost all of the needs of any work environment. It is compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems and connects via USB interface.

The TonerSave mode on this unit increases the life span of Canon MF4450 toner by 30-40%. The quality will still be professional and crisp when printing in this mode. There is only one imageCLASS MF4450 toner cartridge used inside of this laser printer and it is filled with black printer toner. It has a page yield of 2,100 pages. This should last the average user a month or so. When replacement Canon MF4450 toner cartridges are needed, they can be purchased directly from Canon or from third party vendors online.

The copier can reduce or enlarge a document 25-400% and print multiple copies from one original. The Canon imageCLASS MF4450 has the compact design and affordable price that small office users will love, but it still offers fast performance, at up to 24 pages per minute. It includes a roomy 250-sheet paper tray, and a Toner Saver feature for keeping operating costs down. The automatic document feeder can hold up to 35 pages at once for fast scanning.

Although the model shown differs slightly in appearance, the replacement process is the same.

Place your hand below the control panel and lift up to raise the access panel, then raise the toner panel below it. The empty imageCLASS MF4450 toner cartridge has a handle you can grab to pull it up out of the opening.

Carefully remove the new Canon MF4450 cartridge from the box, and remove the packing materials and the bag. Shake the cartridge back and forth a few times to redistribute the toner inside.

Remove the packing tape by looping one finger inside the end and pulling it straight away from the cartridge. Remove the paper protecting the drum by pulling it away from the cartridge as well.

Place the imageCLASS MF4450 toner cartridge into the printer’s opening, seating it firmly in place. Lower the smaller toner panel, then lower the larger access panel into place.
