The Canon L250 is a fax machine and laser printer designed for the home or small office user. Its combination of fax machine and laser printer is convenient, but its slow transmission speeds and slow printing speeds mean it is not particularly good at either task.

Despite its other features, most users will find it too slow.

Canon L250 toner cartridges have a capacity of 2,700 pages, so it won't need the printer cartridge replaced often. Canon L250 toner cartridges are also very affordable, resulting in a very low cost per page. Its economical laser toner costs are one of the Canon L250's main attributes.

As a laser printer, the Canon L250 is decent, but it won't replace a dedicated laser printer. Its slow speeds of 6 pages per minute relegate it to the occasional printing task.
