I recently purchased an inexpensive canon printer, that came with bottles of ink to start out. that being said, when I tried to purchase a "stand by" set of bottles, I could find nothing on the correct bottles (the bottle necks have to match the bottle receiver on the printer), or on the internet as to how to order replacement bottles for that particular printer. I couln't even find the printer listed on the canon printer web site! You could seach the name, and model of this printer, and nothing would come up saying that a particular product would work. Out of frustration, I contacted Ink Technologies, whom I had done business with several times in the past. I described my printer, and the problems i was having in finding a source for this ink, and in just a few hours (if that long), i received an email from them that I believe resolved my problem. Of course, I ordered a set they recommended. I received my order a few days later. The only reason i did not answer some of the survey questions is that I have not yet had the opportunity to use them. I am confident that they will work, but i still have plenty of ink left from the bottles that came with the printer. That being said, I am confident that the product I received from Ink Technologies will work, and if not, I am confident that Ink Technologies will correct any problem. I have had good results with this company, and never a coplaint.
