A manufacturer update of the Canon Multipass line designed for home business use and small office setups, the Multipass C560 inkjet model is an upgrade of the C530 and shares the same user manual. Speeds of 5 pages per minute for black and 2 for color are similar. The same size unit adds a couple of features like smoothing for better text and a larger broadcast location number for faxing. The Canon Multipass C560 ink is the same as many = models by Canon.
As with the other members of this line, the fax can perform many functions using Canon C560 ink cartridge capabilities with various types of media. Photo printing is an added feature. Sizing up at 14.4" x 12.7" x 8.1" and 10.5 pounds, it is identical to the previous models. Similar 720 x 360 resolution was the norm for this series. Other functions like fax and scanning have lower printer ink resolutions but are equal to or exceed other products with higher prices. Warranty for Compatible/Remanufactured Products
Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink Technologies will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.
