The Canon C4080 color laser printer is designed for a small number of offices. Namely, those with the large budget and high-volume needs that make it a possible choice. For this environment, however, it is the ideal choice. Its robust processing engine and 1 GB of RAM allow it to tackle a large amount of traffic, and memory can be expanded to a total of 1.5 GB if necessary. The C4080i model includes a printer board upgrade with a faster processor and more memory.

Its standard paper capacity is 2,700 sheets, and it supports paper sizes up to letter. Paper capacity can be further expanded, and a number of finishing options are available as upgrades, such as stapling, collating, etc.
