The Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4025 is a fairly affordable, customizable laser printer and copier with great scanning and sharing capabilities. Its print speeds aren't the fastest, at 25 pages per minute, but it is much more affordable than faster models in its line, and still offers a very low cost per page, thanks to inexpensive Canon 4025 toner.

The design of the machine is fairly straightforward, but has curved edges that are slightly more appealing than the average office machine. The control panel includes a full-color touchscreen display with a well-designed, highly customizable interface. A Workflow Composer utility can even help users save complicated workflows into a single button on the main interface.

The 4025 includes an internal 80 GB hard drive for storing documents, and the duplexing automatic document feeder makes it easy to convert and save stacks of paper documents quickly. With the Canon Cloud Portal feature, these files can even be made available to remote users, for an easy integrated sharing solution, while security features can protect against unauthorized use.

Users connected to the network can access many of the machine's features right from their desktop with an included software utility. This can help save time spent walking to the machine and also reduce traffic around the device.
