Kids and adults will be able to use the basic Canon Multipass 10 model. This machine uses inkjet technology and black printer ink to produce documents that will be acceptable in a professional or scholastic environment. For home offices, this Canon 10 will provide affordable printing, scanning, copying and faxing with easy-to-use features to ensure crisp resolutions. For students printing from home or in a dorm room, this unit will deliver clear text documents.
Most inkjet printers have color printing capabilities, but the 10 is a monochrome printer. The single Canon 10 ink cartridge can produce up to 2,000 prints before expiring. When the printer ink begins to run dry, a message will be displayed on the LCD screen on the top panel. There are also LED lights that will blink when replacement Multipass 10 ink cartridges need to be purchased. Because the manufacturer has discontinued the printer, replacement Canon 10 ink will need to be purchased online. There are a number of vendors that stock Multipass 10 ink and offer competitive prices.
The input tray can only hold about 100 sheets of paper and it sits on the backside of the top of the printer. The output tray slides out from the bottom of the unit and can catch about 50 pages before overflowing. The control panel consists of the small LCD screen as well as a number of buttons for simple navigation and settings.
Though speed is slow, the resolution created by the Canon 10 ink is 360x360 dpi, which is good enough for most tasks. However, images and graphics should not be printed with this machine as it is not designed for complex jobs. Low volume printing, copying, scanning and faxing can be done with the 10, and all of it can be done affordably.

Warranty for Compatible/Remanufactured Products
Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink Technologies will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.
Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
