So far so good. Print quality is very good, though I've only printed about 25 pages, so I have no idea how it will stand up. The equivalent Brother cartridge was $99.99. Quite a savings!

I have been using Ink Technologies for several years and it easily meets all my needs. I buy printer supplies for my neighbors and never hear any complaints. I've been told that non OEM items would not work for one reason or another, but I've never had a problem with what I buy from Ink Technologies. Originally, I would just go to one of the local stores and found I could not get what I wanted. I don't bother now. Just go to the Ink Technologies website where I seem to be able to get everything. My printer is old and has had a lot of use. I took it apart once to "repair" it. Now, I just hope the printer will outlast the new ink. Ink Technologies is a great place.

    Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink Technologies will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.

    Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
